Our Men's Tribal T-Shirt - Black is made from a 100% Cotton. Manufactured in 160 gram combed cotton and individually styled for the best fit in the industry. Our NAVA Apparel T-Shirts are also enzyme washed to remove excess surface fibres giving you the smoothest and softest surface T-Shirt currently available in the market. We only use lycra rib in all of our garments ensuring perfect recovery as well as optimum life span. This Men's Tribal T-Shirt - Black also has an embroidered NAVA Apparel Tribal badge on the left chest made from Ripstop fabric. What is a Ripstop fabric?
Ripstop fabrics are woven fabrics, often made of nylon, using a reinforcing technique that makes them more resistant to tearing and ripping. During weaving, stronger (and often thicker) reinforcement yarns are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern. Ripstop fabric is a fabric used to manufacture parachutes and tents.

Artist Inspiration: The NAVA Tribal Logo stands for the Tribal heritage of South Africa but I believe there is a Tribal aspect in all of us, that somehow creates a link to our past. Where does these geometric symbols come from? Did our ancestors see them somewhere?  What is the meaning of these geometric shapes and patterns? Keep asking questions.
