SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping in South Africa via Courier Guy’s Pudo Lockers. Your parcel will be shipped to the nearest Locker or Kiosk according to your address. Please notify us if there’s a specific Locker you’d like us to use. We will send you your parcel’s waybill tracking number once your order has been completed and ready to ship. You should also receive tracking information and notifications from The Courier Guy via Email or WhatsApp. As well as a Pin to collect your parcel, once it’s arrived. Please DO NOT DELAY PICKUP, otherwise your parcel will be returned to the nearest hub and might result into extra costs to rebook. We aim to pack and ship your order within 24 hours of purchase and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days, depending on your location in South Africa

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped. So please provide us with your correct email address. Products can be tracked via The Courier Guy website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are interested in any of our products for International shipping, please contact us for International Shipping Rates. We will confirm the best rate possible at the current time. International shipping rates changes all the time due to the unstable fuel costs.
Hence we’ve currently disabled this feature on our website.

RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact us to discuss further. Returns should be done within 14 days of purchase along with your original order number and processing request (refund / exchange etc). Please ensure all goods are returned unworn in their original condition or we will be unable to refund or exchange your order. We strongly recommend you insure your parcel and use a tracking number when returning your parcel to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which have not arrived.
