SOUTH AFRICAN SHIPPING

We offer shipping in South Africa via Aramex. Your parcel will be shipped to your door as per the address given, work or home. We will send you your parcel tracking number once you’re order has been placed, packed and ready to ship. When the product is available in stock, it will be despatched and shipped within 24 hours of purchase and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days depending on your location in South Africa. Most of our products are Handmade in Cape Town & Durban, so please allow 20 – 30 working days for products to arrive, when purchased as a backorder as some might still need to be assembled.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped. So please provide us with your correct email address. Products can then be tracked via Aramex website. Aramex is one of the best courier companies in South Africa.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most of our International shipping is done via DHL but please contact us for International Shipping Rates.

RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact us to discuss further. Returns should be done within 14 days of purchase along with your original order number and processing request (refund / exchange etc). Please ensure all goods are returned unworn in their original condition or we will be unable to refund or exchange your order. We strongly recommend you insure your parcel and use a tracking number when returning your parcel to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which have not arrived.
