What is a Ripstop fabric?
Ripstop woven fabrics, often made of nylon, using a reinforcing technique that makes them more resistant to tearing and ripping. During weaving, stronger (and often thicker) reinforcement yarns are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern. As a matter of fact Ripstop fabric is a fabric used to manufacture parachutes and tents. Therefor extremely durable and long lasting.

Artist Inspiration: The NAVA Tribal Logo stands for the Tribal heritage of South Africa. Furthermore I believe there is a Tribal aspect in all of us, that somehow creates a link to our past.
